BitMart withdrawal and deposit problems
Find the right checks for a pending withdrawal, rejected request, frozen account or missing deposit.
Where to begin
First establish where the process stopped: inside the account, on the blockchain, or at the receiving platform. Keep the status wording and date. These situations need different evidence; a generic promise to “recover crypto” does not tell you which problem it addresses.
Understand the termsNo TXID or still Processing?
Start with the internal withdrawal reference and ask whether a transaction was broadcast. Record changes without assuming that the balance has moved.
Completed, but nothing arrived?
Compare the selected network, actual token transfer and destination. If another exchange has received it, ask that exchange about attribution.
A deposit is missing?
Preserve the sender’s receipt and the deposit instructions. Check network and memo; do not send additional funds to test the account.

- Save the original record and timestamp before editing a support summary.
- Keep token quantities separate from changing dollar valuations.
- Document whether the missing funds are an uncredited deposit or an existing balance.
- If a sale is relevant, a buyer still needs to assess the specific rights and supporting records.
