For announcements, we use official BitMart documents and place a source link alongside the relevant explanation. User complaints can surface useful questions, but do not establish the facts of every case.
Status and review dates
We distinguish a proposal, an approved decision and a completed payment. A review date states when we checked a guide; it is not the source publication date or a promise of continuous monitoring.
Commercial interest
BitMart Return publishes these articles and considers purchasing claims. Articles disclose that interest. We do not promise a particular price, recovery timeline or approval of a purchase.
Corrections
If a guide conflicts with a new official document, send the link and explanation through the form under “Something else”. For an editorial enquiry, enter “not applicable” for amount and assets. Corrections should be grounded in a verifiable source.
