Record the asset, network, amount, date, internal withdrawal reference and exact status. Keep the TXID in a separate field and mark it as unavailable if none is shown. Do not assume an internal status proves that a blockchain transfer has been broadcast.
Capture the full withdrawal record
Save the withdrawal detail view, not only the balance screen. Include the destination, network and any memo or tag where relevant. Record the time zone: two entries may refer to the same event even when their displayed times differ.
If you cancelled a request and created another, keep both entries. A new request should not erase the earlier history. Distinguish what the interface showed from what a support agent said.
When a TXID is available
Use the explorer for the selected network. Compare the asset, destination and amount. An internal exchange reference may look technical but still not identify an on-chain transaction. Avoid searching an unfamiliar identifier on random recovery websites.
The information needed for the next enquiry depends on what you observe. A visible transaction to an unexpected destination is a different issue from a request that has no published transaction identifier. State the observation precisely rather than labelling every delay the same way.
When no TXID is shown
Write “no TXID displayed” and save a dated capture. This describes the evidence available to you; it does not prove the reason for the delay. Ask the relevant support channel for a specific clarification and retain the response.
- Which withdrawal reference is affected?
- When did the displayed status last change?
- Is a transaction identifier available?
- What further information is requested from you?
Keep a useful enquiry history
Use one coherent timeline and add new information to it. Preserve the ticket number, original message, attachments and subsequent replies. A response that acknowledges an enquiry is different from a response confirming a transfer.
For the User Engagement Portal, follow BitMart’s current instructions and verify you are using the official address. The portal’s role and submission steps are covered in our separate article.

A withdrawal problem can be part of the evidence for a potential claim, but the displayed status alone is not enough. Ownership, amount, applicable terms and transferability still need to be assessed.
If requesting a purchase offer, describe the status in ordinary language and list the records you hold. There is no need to give a buyer access to your account to make an initial enquiry.
