Identity checks and source-of-funds questions ask different things. Read the exact request, verify the recipient and map each requested item to an authentic record. Completing KYC does not itself confirm that a withdrawal will be released.
Identify what the request actually asks
Is the missing item identity, address, the origin of a specific deposit, or control of the withdrawal destination? Write down the request date, ticket number, scope and any stated deadline. Do not assume a generic KYC badge answers a later question about a particular transaction.
The cessation notice includes the possibility of additional compliance documentation. It does not provide a universal approval time for every user.

This is an organising framework, not an official accepted-document list. Ask the reviewer which document types, dates and formats they require.
| Question | Possible record to discuss |
|---|---|
| Who owns the account? | Requested identity record and matching account information. |
| Where did this deposit come from? | Original purchase or income record plus the transfer path. |
| How did it move between platforms? | Dated transaction exports and matching TXIDs. |
| Who controls the destination? | The specific verification method the official reviewer requests. |
Explain gaps rather than filling them in
If a deposit came from several wallets, draw up a dated sequence. Identify what is documented and where a record is missing. Do not alter statements, change names or borrow another person’s documents to make the sequence look complete.
Keep original files separately from redacted sharing copies. Ask which details are necessary and use a verified submission channel. A public group chat is not a suitable place for identity documents or full financial history.
Keep one response and a submission receipt
Reference the original ticket, attach an index and ask which items remain outstanding. Save the files actually sent and the confirmation. If a later request repeats an item, point to the earlier submission and ask whether its format or scope was insufficient.
A purchase enquiry is a separate process. BitMart Return’s initial form asks for a summary rather than identity-document uploads. A buyer’s review does not complete BitMart’s own compliance checks or authorise a workaround.
Related questions
I passed KYC. Why can more documents be requested?
A completed identity check does not answer every question about a particular source of funds or destination. Ask what specific fact remains unverified.
Should I use someone else’s verified account?
No. Keep the actual owner and transaction history accurate. Another person’s account does not resolve a discrepancy in your records.
