A creditor group may coordinate holders, an official portal receives the exchange’s feedback, and a claim buyer considers a commercial purchase. Joining one or messaging another does not automatically file a court claim, guarantee representation or sell your rights.
What the Echo Base announcement says
Echo Base announced an ad hoc BitMart claimholder group in September 2026. Read its own statement for its proposed role and contact route. A private group’s announcement should not be described as proof that a court has appointed an official committee.

Ask who organises the group, whom any adviser represents, how costs are allocated and whether signing grants authority or assigns rights. If proceedings are mentioned, request the actual filing or order.
- Who represents me, if anyone?
- What obligations or fees am I accepting?
- Who can use my records and for what purpose?
- Does membership affect an independent sale?
An official ticket has a different purpose
BitMart’s User Engagement Portal is a feedback channel and does not process individual withdrawals. Keep the acknowledgement, but do not equate it with court filing, admission of a claim or a payment instruction.

BitMart Return considers buying eligible rights. Our enquiry form does not join you to a creditor group, appoint a lawyer or submit information to BitMart on your behalf.
If you are already represented or have signed a group agreement, tell the buyer before negotiating. Review any existing obligations and the exact terms of a proposed sale before choosing a next step.
